| Description : | The hour angle encoders flash along regularly, the declination rarely (only to correct tracking errors), and wind shutter and dome irregularly as they follow the telescope movement slowly. The movie shows the all bits in the wind shutter flashing along irregularly to noise. It is amazing the dome doesn't start moving off on its own accord. |
