| Description : | The original spectrographs for the 2dF instrument. These things used to swing around on the top end of the telescope, before it was converted to AAOmega, and the new spectrographs were moved onto the main floor (or second floor? Either way, a lot of fibre optics are involved). The sign on number 2 reads "Do NOT TOUCH. Unstable, and could crush YOU!" |
